Join the Stoney Creek Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with Mohawk College Enterprise and Workforce Partnerships and discover strategies to build and retain your talent pipeline through expert-led discussions and networking with industry leaders. Participate in a Conversation Circle to explore challenges in finding and keeping skilled workers, and gain insights from our Employer Panel on leveraging Mohawk College programs to enhance your workforce strategies.

The goal of the conversation circle will be to have an organic conversation where we unpack pain points of the manufacturing sector specifically related to the awareness, recruitment and retention of their talent pipeline.

The goal of the employer panel is  to provide tangible examples of how employers have leveraged programs and services from Mohawk College (Workforce Partnerships, Enterprise) to support their awareness, recruitment and retention workforce strategies.
