Marcia Mohammed is the CEO of Social MD and founder of Goodfluence, where she helps businesses and nonprofits thrive through strategic marketing and meaningful community partnerships. With more than 20 years of experience at leading organizations such as Yahoo!, Bell Canada, and TorStar, Marcia has supported brands and nonprofits across Canada in achieving growth and impact.

Beyond her professional work, Marcia is an active member of the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce (serving on the Connections Board) and the Rotary Club of Stoney Creek She is also the founder of the Women’s Business Hub & The Leadership Lounge and a mentor with The Forge at McMaster University, where she empowers the next generation of entrepreneurs.
