Ron Foxcroft – Ron has enjoyed a distinguished career as a basketball referee and currently serves as Founder & CEO for Fox 40 International Inc. (where he invented the Fox 40 pealess whistle) and as Chairman of the Board at John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport. Among many honours, Ron was appointed to Canada’s highest citizen honour in 2019, the Order of Canada.   

Dave Foxcroft – Dave currently serves as President & C.O.O. of the Foxcroft Group of Companies and manages the strategic direction of Fox 40 International Inc., Fluke Transport & Warehousing, Tri-Fox U.S.A. Inc. & Witmer Capital Corp. In addition to his very busy career, he is also a Head Referee with the CFL and oversaw the last Grey Cup game in Saskatchewan.
